Everyone in the world has some talents and weaknesses. Have you ever felt, "If I wouldn't had that weakness , I would have succeeded. I'm failing because of that defect".

Well, you should be happy that you have a defect.If you don't have any defects and you're thinking that you're perfect , no , you're not.
A perfectionist is not the person who don't have any defects but the person who uses even his defects in a positive way..

There was a guy called Alfred Benhill.He was a cleaner in a church.The church had a rule that everyone who works in there should have education. But it was only for the workers who were in higher posts.So Benhills job was safe.There came a new officer , he made a rule that every worker in the church including cleaners , should have minimum primary level education.
Benhill was not ready to go to school again.He thought that he can't study again.
He was standing in a street and was scared, tensed.
At that time, he observed that there was no cigarette shop in that street.He took a risk and left his job and started selling cigarettes in that street.He put cigarette shops in every streets which don't have.
In 3 years , he became a millionaire. Someone asked him that he became a millionaire without being educated, what he may did if he was educated.
Benhill replied , he would have been cleaning the chairs and tables of church.Being uneducated made him a millionaire.
You may have heard of Benhill cigarettes.Now its not there but it was very famous at a time.
Take any Legends, they had a defect.
Einstein had dyslexia. While trying to come out of that, he became a genius.
Richard Branson was a highschool dropout. While trying cover his defect, he became a billionaire.
James Cameron was a truck driver. He was a dropout.While trying to come out of that, he gave two all time blockbusters.
You may have seen handicapped people archiving big things.That is because they have defects.While trying to overcome , they achieve big.
So if you have any defect then use it.There is nothing called trash.Nothing is waste.Whatever you have in you, is pure gold.You should have the eyes to see it and to use it...
